Use:
The flowers are like small silky pink hollyhocks and carried on branching spikes that arise from a basal clump. These are never weedy and perfect flowers to add to a cottage garden where space is at a premium.


Culture:
The plants will need adequate moisture during hot summers. Cutting back spent flowerings stems may induce a second bloom.
