Culture: Lamium does much better in partial shade than in full sun. it can be grown in full sun if it is planted in a water-retentive soil and kept moist. It is not tolerant of prolonged drought which causes the leaves to scorch and die back. Pruning during the mid-summer will result in a more compact plant. Watch for slugs.
