Use:
Ladybells make good backbone plants for summer borders where the purple-blue nodding flower bells blend easily with the bolder shades of the season. They are hardy plants and are an especially good choice for low maintenance areas. This is a good easy-to-grow substitute for Campanula where the soil is wet during winter.

Culture:
The plants require practically no care except for weeding out volunteer seedlings. The plants will reseed aggressively in moist and fertile soil and may crowd out neighboring plants.
