Use:
Germander can be used in the rock garden, as an edging plant or in clumps near the front of the perennial border. Germander is often used as an edging plant in herb and knot gardens because the plant can be closely clipped for a tidy edge. The plant has attractive, dark green, glossy leaves.


Culture:
Germander is easy to grow and drought tolerant once established. The plants prefer moderately moist, moderately fertile, well-drained soil in a sunny area, but will adapt to practically any site.
