Use:
'Colorado Yarrow' has desert canyon colors of red, russet, yellow, apricot, pink, and beigh 2-4" flat-topped flower heads. On a sunny slope, its roots will help hold soil and its dense foliage stays green when turf grasses have turned brown. Yarrow can attractive beneficial insects into the garden such as predatory wasps and ladybugs


Culture:
Yarrows are undemanding and do not require much attention. Removing spent flowers will prolong the flowering. Clipping off the largest bud before flowering starts will force the energy to go into the numerous remaining smaller buds resulting in a more vigorously blooming plant.
